The website www.i-rent.ro (the "Site") is the exclusive property of I-RENT ENTERPRISES SRL, headquartered in [Address of registered office], Unique Identification Code: [CUI], registered with the Trade Register under the number [Trade Register Number], hereinafter referred to as I-RENT.

1. DEFINITIONS

The definitions used in the Terms and Conditions shall mean:

Site Visitors – any persons who access the content of www.i-rent.ro via the internet.
Registered users – adult individuals (over 18 years of age) who have created an account and authenticated via the New Account/Login page.
Customers – registered users, adult individuals (who have reached the age of 18) or legal entities who place an order through the website www.i-rent.ro and who, subject to the acceptance of such an order by I-RENT, become part of the remote rental contract whose object is the rental of I-RENT products.
Products – electronic equipment to be delivered by I-RENT to Customers based on an order (Products/Equipment).

Parties – I-RENT and the Client as previously defined.
Account – Private section of the Site that has an email address and password attached and is used by the Registered User for the purpose of placing an order. It contains various information about the Registered User and his/her activity on the Site, either sent by the Registered User himself/herself (personal data) or automatically recorded by the Site (order history, invoices, etc.).
Order – the material expression of the will to rent I-RENT products under the conditions of these Terms and Conditions, using the electronic means available on the Site.
Intellectual property rights – copyright, database rights, design rights and others that fall under the law for the protection of copyright (Law No. 8/1996) and the laws on intellectual and industrial property.
Terms and conditions – the conditions for the remote rental/sale of I-RENT products through the website www.i-rent.ro presented below. Please note that the conditions may be changed by I-RENT at any time and will be displayed as revisions on the Website. In the event of a change in the conditions after placing an Order, the conditions from the moment the Order is sent until its completion remain valid. Using the Website (visiting and/or placing orders) implies acceptance of the terms and conditions in force by the Visitor and the Customer.
Contract and order
By placing an order, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of use unconditionally.
Upon confirmation of the order, I-RENT accepts the terms of the order as specified by the Client. The order is accepted after verification by email or telephone.
Confirmation of the order by I-RENT constitutes the first step towards concluding a remote rental contract between the Parties.
Content
all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed using electronic equipment;
the content of any email sent to Customers by I-RENT via electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;
any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of I-RENT to the Client, according to the contact information, whether or not specified by the latter;
information related to the Products and/or tariffs charged by I-RENT during a certain period;
information related to the Products and/or tariffs charged by a third party with whom I-RENT has concluded partnership contracts, during a certain period;
data relating to I-RENT, or other privileged data thereof.
Transaction – the collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the remote rental/sale of a Product by I-RENT to the Customer, by using the services of the card processor approved by I-RENT, regardless of the delivery method.
Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Products as set out in their description.
Document – ​​The Terms and Conditions thus presented.

2. TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE

2.1. ACCESSING THE SITE
